Our client builds the infrastructure layer that lets engineering teams run production Kubernetes at scale without a dedicated platform army. They are a remote-first European team of deeply technical engineers, shipping open source alongside a commercial platform.
What you'll do
- Design and build core control-plane services powering multi-cluster deployments
- Improve reliability, observability and performance across the platform
- Contribute to the open-source project and engage with the community
- Mentor engineers and set technical direction across teams
What we're looking for
- Deep experience with Go, Kubernetes and distributed systems
- Track record operating large-scale production infrastructure
- Comfortable owning ambiguous, cross-team technical problems
- Open-source contribution experience is a strong plus
